How can I buy with no money down?

The most common method of purchasing a home with no money down is by utilizing a Veterans Administration entitlement. To do this, you must be a veteran having served in the armed forces and have issued to you a DD-214. This is the certificate of eligibility towards purchasing a home utilizing your VA entitlement. If you have served in the armed forces and believe you qualify for a VA entitlement but do not possess the DD-214, we can assist you in acquiring that form from the VA.  There are some programs out there that do allow 100% financing on approved credit without having served in the armed forces. Many lenders now offer an 80% first trust deed backed with a 20% second trust deed and in some cases even more. Many home buyers in today's market are processing a second deed of trust with the processing of the first deed of trust to repay a friend or relative a borrowed down payment.

Landmark Mortgage specializes in assisting individuals in the home buying process including assisting Veterans in maximizing their VA entitlements. We also assist those buyers wanting to purchase a home with little to no down payment. We can advise you on the best approach and help you get the house of your dreams!
