Turns out, that touching scene from Marley and Me is more relatable than ever before because more than half of Americans agree their soulmate is their pet! A new study conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Zesty Paws found that 53% of Americans believe their pet knows them better than anyone else in their life – including their best friends, family members or even their significant others.
